How do I access the property?

​

Check-in is fully automated and we operate an electronic key self-check-in system. Full instructions can be accessed here

Are you dog friendly?

I'm afraid we are not.

​

Do you provide linen and towels?

All necessary linen is provided. Expect the same level of internal finish as you would get at a 5* hotel.

Is there a hair dryer?

Do you provide a children's cot?

Yes, this can be added upon request

 Cancellation Policy

​

We operate a semi-flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, as long as you cancel within one month of the booking, you are entitled to a full refund. 

​

Private Chef &    Horseriding 

​

Please note that these are third party services and have to be booked directly. Refer to our website for details

Masseuse,

 

Our masseuse can be booked on our check in app. She is onsite every Saturday from 3-5pm. Any other times must be requested in advance on the app and subject to availability.

Arrival & Departure

​

Guests are requested to vacate the property by 10am to give us the chance to prepare the room for the next guests. Rooms are therefore not normally ready for occupancy before 3pm. We will however do our utmost to have rooms ready as soon as possible. Please feel free to arrive earlier than 3pm to enjoy the facilities and we can store your luggage until the treehouse is ready. If you would like to come earlier however, please make sure we are informed and expecting you.

Noise Pollution

​

We ask that our guests be considerate of our neighbours and cease noisy activity after 10pm. We also do not allow any boomboxes or external speakers on site without prior arrangement.

No Smoking Property

​

In order to protect both our guests and residents from the dangers of second-hand smoke, Cedar Hollow @ The Oaks operates a fully "no smoking" policy.  All private as well as public areas are non-smoking. Should guests be found to smoke in the property ,we reserve the right to enforce a fine of £50 per offence. If smoking occurs in the room, the fine will be £200 to pay for a deep clean.

Hot Tub & Sauna

​

The Hot Tub and Sauna are used at your own risk. Be aware of health and safety risks of the temperatures for children. We do not recommend children below 12 years of age use these facilities but we let you determine your own risk profile.

Tennis  Rackets and Balls

​

Rackets and balls for both lawn tennis as well as table tennis are available in the storage box in the tennis court. Please make sure to book your times â€‹

Swimming times

​

Swim times must be pre-booked within the 1 hour timeslots available (09.00-21:00hrs). No lifeguards on duty so swimming is at your own risk. The app limits you to 2 sessions booked in advance at any one time to ensure fair use. You can book more sessions once your session has been used. There is no limit to how much time you spend in the pool but can only book two guaranteed slots in advance.

Fireworks and Chinese Lantern Balloons

​

Fireworks and Chinese Lantern Balloons are strictly prohibited. Deposit will be forfeighted if either are used.

Is the site wheelchair friendly?

​

We have made provisions for guests with disabilities and would be happy to discuss your requirements on request. If you have special mobility needs, please contact us. While we have tried our best, please do bare in mind that this is a woodland location making it slightly difficult. 

​

Forgotten Property​

 

If items are forgotten in the treehouse, we are more than happy to send them on. We charge £14 + P&P. Please understand that the £14 all goes towards the cleaner as that is her actual rate pro rata for the time it takes to package and ship the item(s) back to you.
